I received my replacement pitcher for my ninja blender. I used it about seven times and tonight I went to put it on to blend a smoothie and when I twisted it and place the handle part came away from the screws. Its only my daughter and I, so I know neither one of us are rough handling the pitcher. Very disappointed since it wasnt cheap to replace. User's recommendation: Maybe get replacement part for the manufacturer.
