Chase made a mistake they can’t fix

I called to cancel one of my credit cards I don't use with an annual fee, they made a mistake and accidentally canceled my most used card. It's been over 10 months and several hours spent on the phone and I can't get this resolved. Several times I'm promised they will investigate and get back to me and when I follow up they don't know what I'm talking about and promise to get back to me and never do. User's recommendation: Don't expect good customer support.
