Charging me double Pre-Auth Fees

Attached is the evidence of the transaction. Basically PDF Filler charged my card for Pre-Auth fees TWICE. No notification whatsoever from their part. I am aware that to everyone this may be a small amount but I am a struggling college student and every cent counts to me. Definitely never using this service ever again and will be warning everyone I know.
