I had a total of 8 people that I booked with ASAP. 6 from GRR to DTW to AMS and 2 from RDU to DTW to AMS for summer 2109. The flights were cancelled due to COVID 19. Even though Delta agents tell me there are no fees to rebook flights cancelled due to COVID 19, ASAP charged me $394 for the 6 from GRR and they are trying to charge me $684/person for the 2 from RDU. Like many of the other reviews on ASAP, I always get delay after delay after delay from my ASAP representative. If you don't want to lose the flights for the upcoming year, at some point you feel like you just have to eat their fees to make sure all 8 can travel together. User's recommendation: Only book with ASAP if you are sure your flights won't get cancelled. Otherwise, you'll end up paying more than just going directly through the airlines.
