date of incident : 31/4/2021 client number : +[protected] i recived a call from a sales guy in OSN in 30/3/2021 that they have an offer that they can take from me 75 $ for subscribe as he said that the installl will be on 31/3/2021 but until now nothing happend. and whenver i contact the customer service they just stalcing me with same answer as we are trying and now its already 6-7 days without any subscribe or something also my money has been dedctued since 30/3/2021 there is no photos for this matter as they keep promsing me since 5-6 days with false actions. till now i did not recived my subscribe or the device or anything.
