I was signed up for ReverbNation and used this website in the past. Five months ago I contacted ReverbNation customer service and said that I would like to cancel my subscription and they said they'll get my account deleted. One month later I received a bill from these guys! I immediately contacted them and found out that my account was never cancelled and that I remained a member of ReverbNation! I demanded my money back and told them to cancel my membership but they said that it wasn't possible and they were not able to do that! What? I want to delete all my personal information from ReverbNation and I want them to stop stealing my money!
