CHARGED WHEN ORDER PROCESS WAS NOT COMPLETED………

May 26, 2019, I initiated the process to purchase 6 courses for Social Work credit. I provided my credit card information and personal data as requested. When I attempted to confirm the order and purchase it for some reason the site would not allow me to complete the transaction. Instead a course evluation popped up for me to complete so I could access my credits! Of course this obviously was a glitch and I tried to return to the check out site. However, the half-completed site was gone so I assumed that the the order was null/void since the transaction was not finished. The next day I checked my credit card billing status and noted that the purchase was already posted for payment! I didn't even have a receipt or copy of the transaction! I had to wait until the following day to call customer service to request a refund/credit to my account. On two separate occasions during the day I was on hold for one hour; minutes after hitting the one hour mark the call would automatically be dropped. I am very disappointed in this experience and welcome someone from Western Schools to assist me in resolving is matter.
