Charged twice online, order I did receive was the wrong order.

Update by user Jul 17, 2020 I have not been contacted by Mellow Mushroom. I called again to try and get my money back they said I would have to dispute it with my bank, if I wanted my money back. Original review posted by user Jun 17, 2020 I was charged twice online. Before picking up my order, MM called me to verify my order at that point they notified me that I was charged twice online, and they would fix the over charge. I went to pick up my order -spoke with the front of the house making sure I wasnt going to be charged twice, when I got home my order was completely wrong. So I paid twice for a meal I didnt eat. I ordered two large cesars salads with anchioves, mushrooms trio, shaved Parmesan with extra sides of Cesar dressing. When I opened my salads up when I got home- all that was in to go boxes was chopped Romaine, croutons and blue cheese dressing. Totally the wrong order. This was during the shut down so they closed at 8pm. So I couldnt call to get the right order nor did any call me back when I tried contacting MM. I tried calling again and they hung up on me saying they couldnt hear me over all the noise in the restaurant. So I have never gotten my money back. One charge was for $27.11 and other charge was for $23.78., This took place May 24. 2020. Not sure why the different amounts. I have my bank statement showing both charges, taking place the same night. I also have the voice mail of them calling me trying to verify my order before I went to pick it up, sadly, I did not receive the right order, even more I was charged a little over $50.00 for a meal I did not order or eat.
