charged my credit card without receiving the service at all I stayed on the phone 4 2 good hrs no getting help they keep changing my phone

When I started Boss revolution it was not bad as it, s getting now, the customer service we get is very poor and most of the pple they will talk Spanish, Mexican whereby we don't understand. To go to the point today is my 3rd day to get a bad experience en served like an eagle I stayed on the phone for two hrs, most of the Tym the hang up on me or they tell me we gonna transfer ur call and I, m like where to again since I know I, m on the right department. They charged my credit card without mi getting the service at all it, s a long day for me en in my life I never seen this what I, m supposed to do. Charged me $ 25 but no service I, m working for boss revolution to give them money for free . Pze call me back on [protected]. This is going to be taken forward op to hear from you.
