Initially wanted credit monitoring, but never completed transaction. Now they have charged my card and when I try to resolve I am getting the ROYAL runnaround. They just pass the buck and say it is another department that handles disputes and credits but when i press them to transfer me or give me a name they just hang up on me. BE FOR WARNED ABOUT GIVING THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD BE FO User's recommendation: Do NOT order their services if I could give ZERO stars that would be too much.
