I made subscription for a half year, disappointed and stopped using the online service about 2 months later. However, I found out by chance eHarmony keeps charging me monthly at a higher rate without informing me. What is worse, I tried to login to cancel the account, but my login is blocked! That is awful, low class and kind of robbery. They should refund me.
