Id used their virus protection over a year ago. I paid someone to come in and install new virus protection. I never agreed to use them for this year. I did not download anything but out of the blue they are charging me? WTH!! Im so mad because they ripped my off and I got nothing. Its one thing if I agree to pay for a service but its another to get charged and receive nothing. I want my money back because I didnt order the product. Shame on AVG, horrible ppl. User's recommendation: Run don’t walk away from this company.
