Charged me twice!

I have ordered a card and they charged me twice! I emailed MyGiftCardSupply customer service but they ignored me and did not reply. Then I left several negative reviews on different website and they finally noticed me. I asked for a refund but they refused to do anything. They rep said that they'll refund me only after I remove all the reviews. I refused to do that and they never gave me my money back. I will not remove anything because I want people to know that MyGiftCardSupply are cheaters and not to be trusted!
