Charged items not received.

I placed two orders and was charged for both but never received the items. Order#1831****, $198.00 and order#1832****, $212.99. Can you please assist me with this please. I currently have items in my card but reluctant to place the order fearing I will not get them, even if they are paid for. User's recommendation: Do not order on line from Lord and Taylor.
