Charged for something I never signed up to!

*SOLVED

Complete savings has been taking money off me for 2 months now and I have no idea where it came from and how the hell it got my bank details, I need a refund but I don't know where to complain or contact them from as there are 1000 different websites. This is genuinely baffling to me and I have no patience, it just feels like I'm being scammed because I'm not seeing any benefits from this.
