I went through the entire flight booking... Picked my departure flight (Spirit Airline), as well as, my returning flight (United Airlines) got to payment page to accept, swiped for payment to process, them I get a OOPs, with no confirmation but the $116+ was taken out of my Bank of America account... Spirit Airline sent me a texted about a cancellation, that I know for a fact, I did not send them, but there's NO information about my flights period or money I paid....... HELP ME!!
