I flew on allegiant 13-21 July and was charged baggage fees even though I used my MILITARY ID to check in both times. I was even charged oversized fees while checking in with my MILITARY ID. I have tried calling numerous times and have been on hold several hours just to be disconnected half way though the wait!!!! Then, I have sent 4 emails through their customer service form with no reply. This is ridiculous! I would like to speak to a customer service live human representative. User's recommendation: Ask ask ask.
