They did not let me access my account, all the links to reset my password were broken. I could not get in contact with anyone, and they continued to charge my account during this crisis where money is very scarce. Did I mention that I was NEVER able to even use their services? The link to create a new presentation was broken as well!! User's recommendation: Terrible business.
