Charged 3x price of product for shipping. Product not as advertised.

I purchased shoe cream on ShoeCareSupplies.com for $3.50. The shipping was over $8. The shoe cream came in the mail on time but it was no where near the color advertised. I purchased "Cognac" color which appears to be a "carmel" color online. As it turns out, the color is "rust". To send it back, I cannot be reimbursed for shipping and handling and I have to pay to send it back. The cost of shipping it back will be as much as the cream. I'm sure they knew that most people won't bother with refunds. They have their money in the shipping and handling costs either way.
