First thing that comes up on google when you type in "application for citizenship" is this scam. It has got the Australian Flag and everything else that will for sure won't make you think this is a scam. I though that the cost to apply for Citizenship will be just the $165.00, but no. I only realized these c**** are not genuine when after a year of checking my progress again. When i send them an email asking if they can confirmed to have received my application, they gave me the DHA phone number 131881 which is the real number for this kind of situation. I spoke to someone on the phone from DHA they mentioned to me that i have to check online the waiting period, when i went on the DHA website it was almost the same as immigration direct, except for the fees is $285.00 For the application, i call DHA again and mentioned to him about the $165.00 fee, he mentioned to me i have been scammed. no further information needed.
