I ordered an online item from a merchant on March 29, 2021 and was charged $25.27 on March 29, 2021 and it was posted to the credit card account on the march 31, 2021. I called Mission Lane Card Services on April 1, 2021 to dispute the charge as I cancelled the order on March 29, 2021 within 24 hours of ordering it. I contacted the merchant and let them know that I cancelled the order, but the merchant has failed to acknowledge (via emails), that I cancelled the order. The merchant still charged my credit card for the amount in question even though I told them to "cancel the order within "ten minutes" after I ordered it. I called to speak with a Mission Lane representative this morning April 1, 2021, and the rep I spoke with did not file a dispute, I was hung up on and she was rude and indifferent to my right to file a dispute as an American Consumer in accordance with the FCRA, and in accordance with the FTC consumer laws and protection division.
