July 20, 2021 After booking and receiving an email from justfly that my booking was confirmed, I received another email from indicating Input Required. So you would think that mean they would call you but think again. It is impossible to reach their customer service line, minimum wait time is 2 hours. I have spoken to 8 different agents and have spent over 20 hours on hold to change my reservation. Last agent, Satruth can be heard giggling at my frustration. Company is unprofessional as you can hear TV and people taking in the background. I think company is fraudulent and capitalizes on opportunities to increase fares and charge you a new fee. There is no compassion for the client at all.
