We booked a truck for 3 days over a month in advance to move our daughter. Since there was a gap between when she had to move out and into a new place. To make it less stressful, we booked the extra days so we can load truck and leave it for a day then unload. They have no issue until the day before we are scheduled to pick it up and say we can have from 5 PM to 5 AM on the first day of the scheduled rental. The "Guaranteed Reservation" on the website is nothing guaranteed at all. They guarantee to phone you the day before and tell you what you can have and when, despite what you have booked.
