Changing my original negative review to positive

I'm updating my negative review to a positive one. The unit was fully jailbroken, it was my mistake for not being in the right place. I didn't read the directions where it said to go to the App section under "Manage Installed Application." That is where Kodi and all the other great Android apks are loaded. It's working great, and i'm sorry for leaving a negative review without contact Techlifetv's customer support. When i did email them, they got back to me pretty quickly and offer to issued a refund, but then we figured out the issue was User Error. SMH i'm so embarassed. Thanks again Techlife.tv, I'm very happy with my unit now that i know how to use it. Also the blog section where it explain how to add kodi and other apps to the amazon home page is very Helpful, thanks for that.
