CHANGING MY LAST NAME!

When i signed up over two yrs. ago. The person DIDN'T spell my last name right. An when i called an told them. They said they couldn't do it for me over the phone. When the person that toke my information was the one who made this mistake not me. So its been to long an i need this done now. My last name is G. Traylor NOT Trailer.
