Unable to open PayPal from new information, it refers back to an account no longer in use email use for business business closed still have email for personal use need to close business account and use email for personalized email which are the same email PayPal links email to business and says it already exists however I did use it and need to locate a refund from a previous transaction made 2 weeks ago also my phone number change and is causing a mix up as well ( erie1joy@***.com) thanks would like to speak to someone to resolve this matter ASAP
