Change of reservation from coporate to franchise account

I have 2 reservation numbers that I wish credit for due to covid restrictions, 988157**** and 988157****. I would like to apply this credit to a new reservation that I would like to make at madrid airport. I tried with your agent but was told he could not credit my old reservation which were corporate to Madrid, Spain airport which is franchise. I would like to pick up an economy car on may 11,2022 at 3:00 p.m.and drop off same place on May 20,2022 at 7:30 a.m. at Madrid, Spain international main airport. Thank you
