Change of passport

Needed to update my passport details and have not been able to reach anyone on customer service. Being forwarded to do it on my Bravofly account/profile but there is no option to change passport details there, only name and date of birth. Frustrated that my call is not being forwarded to a assistant because its not considered short trip. My travel is not until in 7 weeks but still. I want this solved now not later. And I even tried to cancel my ticket and guess what? They provide you with a number to call to cancel and it says same thing. They are prioritizing short trips. So cant even cancel the flight or change. User's recommendation: Book from a website who have a actual human assistant to help.
