Change of address and phone number

I have had my account for many years. I lived in MA and moved to AZ. I called customer service to change my address and phone number. I was told I needed to go to the branch to do this. I repeatedly told them I was in AZ and couldn't do that...DUH !. So here I am in AZ and unable to log into my account or check anything !! I am SO upset User's recommendation: RUN...don't walk to a different bank !!
