Their systems suck! I am trying to change my subscription, and the online site doesn't work; I can't login, I can't do anything! So I called their toll-free number; that system doesn't work either! I got a recorded message saying over and over again that all operators were busy but I could press one to leave a message and they would call back. However when I pressed one nothing happened! I was on hold for about 15 minutes and then they hung up on me?! How do they expect to retain business when this is the way they treat their current customers?! I'm very disappointed in pretty litter! User's recommendation: The litter itself is great, but the company needs to work out serious issues in their customer service department.
