Change at Costco Kennesaw and Cumberland Georgia locations

We make a weekly visit to Costco for both personal and business purchases. For the last year the customer service has been poor. Employees are tense, abruptly approaching guest about their masks sliding down, rude and short. We leave the store every time tense and agitated. It never used to be this way. Disappointing. User's recommendation: Go to Sams.
