HI I have a ceramic coated cast-iron pot that was given to me as a gift. I do alot of cooking and use all wood utinsles like recommended but the ceramic is still coming off while cooking and cleaning I assume in my food. Just wondering if theres anything that can be done. Such as ceramic removed and iron seasoned or recoated. I currently have covid 19 and I'mout of work with no pay. The only joy I have is cooking. [protected]@gmail.com
