Cell phone problems

I bought an A20 Samsung cellphone last year. It was fine until the last month or so. Now it just spins in circles when I try to access websites on my data. Away from WIFI. I read once where cell phone companies slow down their phones after a year old and you will have to buy a new one. I think this could be happening here. I'm a senior over 60 so I dont have money to buy a new phone. All I wish they wouldn't do that. It was fine til they did the last couple of updates and ruined it!! User's recommendation: Dont buy Samsung Phones.
