Reference to the Incident Ticket # 2502564, I again would regret to say that the Catchup TV problem is not yet resolved. This is a matter of complete dissatisfaction. I have to bring it to the notice of YuppTV that the business cannot go on with false commitments and excuses. I am sure most of the subscribers facing similar issues have made it a decision to discontinue this service. Every time we connect the customer service, we are given false promises that it will be up by a few days. It has crossed tolerance limit.
