I thought Appleseed's catalogue was very nice and the prices were not too steep when I received it the mail. I attempted to order from my tablet and was able to the bring the order of clothing down with the promotion codes to $110.00, which I thought was amazing. I didn't want to put my credit card in on-line so I called them. The clerk was very pushy and submitted my order, which came to $150.00. I then gave her the promotion discounts to apply and she said it was reduced to $130.00. I informed her that the on-line deal was lower, but she said the discount is different when you order over the phone. So I agreed anyway with the $130.00 purchase, because she was hurrying me off the phone. This morning, I look at my phone purchase through my bank account and she charged me the full rate of $150.00. She really didn't give me a chance to decide whether I wanted to pay that price. This company is very underhanded. If, when I call back for the reduction and I don't get it, I will contact the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. I'm wondering if I don't like the clothes and send them back, will they give me my money back!! I had no idea they had so many complaints.
