I'm very disappointed in truworths bad customer service... I also work in a retail and I live far so in my off days I can't come to the town to shop...so I only go to truworths in my lunch or tea time but each time I get there, there is a long que and only one cashier that's is helping so each time I have to stand there my whole lunch or tea time... I just feel when there are 3 or more customers in the que another cashier must come help... Each time I want to buy something I have to wait long or turn around if que is too long... I also brought an item at truworths on my account and want to exchange it but I didn't have the slip... So today for the third time Ive been there to exchange because each time there is a que and only one cashier that's helping they tell me they can't help me with a exchange its the same item I want to return just bigger size... They couldn't help me because I don't have enough credit to put it back on my account... But I don't want to refund it I just want bigger size why all that long process just for the same t shirt but a bigger size... So they tell me they can't exchange it because I don't have a slip and they can't put it back on my account because I don't have enough credit... I stand there my whole tea time... I was third fourth person in line but the cashier had do call for customer card why can't the lady that was authorising call so she can help the other customers soo long... I just feel its unfair... Its really bad service... And when I walked out the que was standing soo long and again only one cashier... The customer always come first but it seem to me they don't take customer seriously... And I still have an item I can't wear because its small... Its just pathetic really Nicky
