I opened an account about 1 week ago. Today, my account was flagged and was asked for ID. I sent my ID in and then received a notification that my account was terminated and no further assistance would be provided. I have pending cash back and I would like to receive it. The customer service agent was Frankie W. I was not rude nor did I do anything that was against the terms of service.
