Axtel Taylor GM in Logan UT is in violation of the requirements of the cash for cars taking my tittle of my pickup and processing the credit application without allowing possession of the new pickup as required by the government. I have notified them of this requirment, but they say their the government can not tell them what to do. I think that is correct if they don't sign up to be a dealer under the program. They want the government money without following the government rules. Their cake and eat it too. Why don't GM just go to bankrupty without the govenment it us tax payers money. I am sure there would be plenty of other cars brands to buy if GM was gone. I should have bought a Dodge like I had drove since 1998.
