we booked a "free"2 night stay in big bear (after listening to a two hr timeshare presentation in Las Vegas. However, it was not free as we had to pay taxes of up to 50 for the two nights per room and an extra 30 as they did not have a suitable hotel for us and felt they had to "upgrade" us to better hotel. (it was a holiday inn express and we were guaranteed a Howard Johnson type. so I think the two should have been compatible.) Then we were supposed to be given a free $50 dine card each for Darden restaurants..well, they did not have that either so they were supposed to credit my credit card $100 as we had booked with friends that attended the time share presentation and were supposed to receive the same reward. (I am supposed to give my friend $50 back when i see the credit on my card) I have called Karen multiple times at 800-315-**** ext 6015. we have not received. i have not had a return call. we stayed the 2 nights, Sept 16 and 17 but have not received the reimbursement for our activities. mine $98. my friend submitted her own activity reimbursement.
