I canceled my account with Cartrack because I had an accident an my car was written of.! I settled the account that was outstanding for the remainder of the contract. I received a letter from Cartrack the said the contact was canceled and everything was settled, now more than a year later I started receiving emails and messages from a debt collection company, saying that I've been handed over by Cartrack because I owe them money! And I've been black listed too!! Needless to say I couldn't get any help by trying to phone and sort this out myself by Cartrack! I will definitely not ever in my life recommend Cartrack to anyone, ever!!
