Carry soap!

We just came back from a 2 week cruise from L.A. to Hawaii and have contacted Princess cruise Line of our experience. We did what we were told to do with no results. The Emerald Princess failed to supply soap in the restrooms and antibacterial lotion at dining locations several times. Staff was notified with no results. As a probable result, I contracted the Norovirus and was isolated to my room. Medical expenses were just under $200.00. My solution is to never cruise Princess again. Yours might be to ALWAYS carry antibiotic lotion in your pocket.
