I paid unnecessary baggage fee and I do not used it.. the airline do not want to refund the money. I am no planning to buy anymore ticket from JetBlue I addition I bought a tickets before the pandemic and I never used it and JetBlue do wont honored it.. never let me used it and never gave me the money back neither.. User's recommendation: Buy a ticket from others airlines that care the customer and the own business.
