Carry on bag with rfid

Purchased a two piece set (suitcase and purse like carry on w/RFID protection), from QVC. Pieces appear brand new, except for one handle, on the carry on. It started with a crack in the outer covering and now has several, plus is now hanging by a thread. Please provide me with information regarding replacement. Kim Rothwell.
