this is the second carpet installed by them in the same room in the same spot where the seam has let go. the carpet is 3 years old and was told that there's nothing they can do. It will be the last time I give them any business. Don't waste your money ,pay a little more and save yourself the grief. User's recommendation: Pay the extra money, lousy installers.
