Dear Manager, this is to inform you that from November 2020 we had send cargo from Al-Khobar and still as on date your poor expert in Al-Khobar cannot answer where is the shipment. I have send mail also but no answer, it looks you don't care about customer because they paid you so no service after shipment acceptance in office. there is no response from management.
