Dear sir my shipment invoice no S0713715 date: 07-december-2020 was suppose to be delivered from Saudi to India in 60 days but now its been more than 4months and the status is still pending.. As per the courier office all containers have been hold by customs but its been there since long time. Kindly arrange representative from bpl cargo to clear customs ASAP. Kindly provide better service so that items in cargo will be in good condition. Thank you
