I'm complaining about my package cargo (XL) which i sent here from Qatar going to Cebu since May 19, 2021 and arrived today August 19, 2021. They told my mother that the box was just hit by a wire but when my mother send me the picture it was severely damaged. And as what I remembered I securely taped it with a duct tape. Hope this concern will be attended coz my colleague here experienced the same situation earlier this year.
