I am personally trying to sell a vehicle. I get a potential buyer with an 804 area code. The buyer insisted on getting a Carfax report before coming to look at my vehicle. After spending the $40 and trying to get the report to him, the email was invalid and the buyer quit responding to text. After looking up the location of Carfax, I found it right next door to the area code that I was contacted with. These people are scammers!
