I've been being charged for 2.5 years of quarterly payments (without notification of the charges). I signed up for a 3 month special and was continually charge for over two more years until I found the charges that were being made due to a new financial app. Trying to find a way to cancel is an extreme challenge to find. Automatic charging is not a courtesy, it is simply another form of fraud. It needs to be an opt-in feature rather than a hidden add-on.
