Ordered some varmint crossbows, card charged 40 days ago, still no word or the merchandise. Tried calling company and get recording that cuts off. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. Company is called family protection services also, both have same address listed in texas. Several phone calls on different days of the week AND during normal business hours with no ability to leave message, no email response to my emails. Not sure if survival life is same company but if not, you should reconsider having family protection services, or whomever or whatever they are called as a client. Really is not a good presentation for support. I have had to call the bank to follow up on this. Why don't you use PayPal or something? Maybe you don't as it provides accord ...i don't know,but it is s highly doubtful I will order anything again as I have zero confidence in your abilities at this point. I will endeavor to spread the word.
